PROVIDES ACCURATE ANATOMICAL RESTORATIONS with prescribed restorative materials. |
Essential Job Results:
PROVIDES ACCURATE ANATOMICAL BUILDUP
by using the prescribed porcelain restorative material per doctor’s request as stated on the prescription. Must be able to do large veneer cases (refractory system), all porcelain crowns i.e., Empress. Must have a good working knowledge of occlusion and be knowledgeable in all cosmetic forms and measurements. Must be able to architect a full mouth rehab case.
DEVELOPS SHADE
by using the appropriate mixture and amounts of restorative materials to meet doctor’s expectations i.e., five layered build ups.
CONTRIBUTES TO TEAM EFFORT
through active participation and communication, striving for excellence, providing world class customer service, helping to achieve department goals and related result and adhering to company policies.
Education, prior work experience, and specialized skill and knowledge:
• Minimum five-year dental laboratory experience in porcelain is required.
• Candidate will be required to participate in our continuing education program.

PROVIDES ACCURATE ANATOMICAL PROSTHESES
by reading and following the Doctor’s prescription. Must have a good working knowledge of occlusion and able to do wax-ups, bite blocks, repairs, custom trays, relines, bleaching trays, etc…

Education, prior work experience, and specialized skill and knowledge:
• Minimum 3 years dental laboratory experience in dentures is required.
• Ability to communicate in English is essential.
