Orthodontics	Baluke Dental Studios provides a customized orthodontic appliance department for use by both Orthodontists and General Practitioners specializing in orthodontics. All of the most common appliances are fabricated directly by our own technologists. As a true full-service dental laboratory, Baluke Dental Studios has been offering a wide range of orthodontic appliances for over 10 years. Our dedicated staff creates Hawleys, Twin-Blocks and other designs, including custom applications, often with custom or team logos.
Pro-Temps Provisional Prosthetics	Most dentists specify temporary restorations on an occasional basis but few utilize true provisional prosthetics. Pro-Temps are temporary teeth created to a higher standard for a better fit and aesthetic. They can be left in the mouth for up to several months and adjusted for shape and fit. This allows both the patient and the dentist to be fully satisfied with what the final result will be before committing to a permanent prosthesis.
Snoring Appliances	The SUAD™ Device The Strong Upper Airway Dilating device is a premium oral appliance developed for the treatment of snoring and obstructive sleep apnea. It is worn during sleep to prevent the tissues at the back of the throat and the base of the tongue from collapsing and blocking the airway. 3D - Master Shade Guide	The VITA®3D-MASTER® shade system covers virtually all tooth shades that occur in nature and is designed to provide systematic coverage of the entire tooth color space. The concept of the VITA 3D-MASTER shade system is based on a color classification principle where the values of lightness, chroma and hue have been positioned an equal distance from each other. Occlusal Reduction Rings	Verifying the inter-occlusal clearance created during a crown and bridge preparation is often difficult. If mounted models with final dies show insufficient reduction to fabricate the requested prosthesis, it could result in a compromised restoration, which could mean time-wasting re-preparation, or the additional expense of a lab fabricated reduction coping. The Occlusal Reduction Ring has been developed to spare you both unnecessary inconveniences. This simple-to-use and disposable instrument will ensure the prepared tooth is reduced according to standard requirements for PFM crowns and bridges, all porcelain crowns, and veneers. It features a long handle and off-set ring in three available sizes (1.0, 1.5, and 2.00mm) to reflect the minimum reduction guidelines required for the most common full coverage or partial coverage restorations.
