Case Planning

Large and complex cases often require a knowledge base beyond that of even the most practiced and educated dentist. With the proliferation of new materials and techniques only a large, professionally oriented laboratory can keep pace with the newly available options.  Our extensive knowledge, reinforced by continuing education, and years of experience enable us to create treatment plans and offer insights that ultimately will mean a better smile for your patients.  So, whether you require expertise on a particular area of a large case, or are venturing into new territory and need some quick preparation advice, give one of our department heads a call. Custom Staining - Our Lab or Your Office

When the prosthetic has been fabricated and is ready to go in, Baluke Dental Studios will perfect its aesthetic with custom staining. We can do it here in our own operatory, or at your office, whichever most convenient.  Skip Baluke has been our off-site custom-shading expert for over 25 years and he brings a wealth of knowledge to your office to provide the highest quality in natural looking fabrications. He brings all necessary equipment including a portable furnace. Our in-house, fully equipped operatory will also produce a brilliant aesthetic for your smiling patients.

Digital Makeover

Computer imaging is a great marketing tool for every practice.  It allows your patient to preview their recommended treatment plan before beginning work on the case.  Before and after pictures have consistently resulted in a higher treatment acceptance ratio, greater client satisfaction and reduced patient stress. Simply send us a full-face picture from any of: 35 mm cameras, digital cameras, Polaroid cameras or intra-oral cameras.  In only four working days, you'll receive a beautiful "Before and After" colour picture.  Show your patients just what it is that can be accomplished using the latest techniques and materials.

Laser Welded Repairs 

Baluke's Laser welder is designed for a stronger, cleaner weld for your repairs.  We use parent metals, not solder, for a much stronger attachment.  Since laser welding is so precise, any porcelain damage is quickly repaired and a fully passive fit is maintained.  We can repair denture castings, implant bridges and any other metal-based dental prosthesis.
